About FoxGardin Family Kitchen....

When proprietors, Jake Burgess and Toby Shelton opened FoxGardin Kitchen & Ale in neighboring Fortville, the demand to provide quality food to all ages became a desire for both. Their ideas of growing with the community and having an impact locally became a passion and drove them to continued success. Over a decade ago, former Ball State University roommates, Toby and Jake dreamed of developing a restaurant group together. As Jake advanced in his career, he ultimately became a Regional Chef of a fine dining Prime Steakhouse while Toby developed teams at a Four-Diamond hotel across the United States.

 Jake and Toby are excited to announce their second concept in Fishers Indiana, FoxGardin Family. With their growth they have add a new member to the team, Managing Partner Zach Barnes. Zach and Jake were cut from the same cloth in the hospitality industry. For the last decade they have formed a relationship that focuses on the same service, food and atmosphere standards they have come to know and expect.

The idea of having a place that gives top level service, while serving the freshest ingredients in a lively atmosphere is something quite special. FoxGardin Family will continue to make this a priority while providing seasonal menu changes and creating atmospheres for ages.  Just a half mile from Geist reservoir, we are excited about our future and hope to see you soon!
